Union Developing Group of China Ltd.(hereinafter referred as "UDC"), is a state-level large-scale

enterprise group directly under the Chinese Central Government. The sales of "Bosideng" down wear produced by Bosideng Corporation Ltd, which is held mainly by UDC, has ranked No.1 of market share in consecutive 8 years ,and thus its brand "Bosideng" been recognized as the Chinese Well-know Brand confirmed by the State Administration for Industry & Commerce. UDC also owns two companies, Ninghai UDC Textile Co.Ltd and Yuyao UDC Textile Co.Ltd, which constitute the largest color-yarn manufacturer group with the most advanced technology.

In recent years, UDC has been actively developing the HI-Tech as its core industry. One of UDC's subsidiaries, Hangzhou Honghua Digital Science & Technology Co.Ltd, has innovated the " High Speed digital Jet-Printing System" up to the advanced world-level as the national pioneer. This project has been listed into the Proposal of National Hi and New Tech Development. This System has shown its stronger competition force in the industry.

The Real Estate has been the one of the mainstay industries of UDC. UDC has successfully developed several real estate projects in Shenzhen, Shenghai and so on. It also owns operating properties of 200,000 square meters and land resource reserves of more than 2000,000 square meters, which has made UDC Real Estate Industry as a well-known brand of the property.

The New Petrochemical is becoming an imiportant industry invested by UDC in recent years. As a result, UDC is building two extra-large scale PTA and PET projects in Zhejiang Province. these projects also hold the leading position both on scale and technology. Being one new son company of UNION TEXTILE OF CHINA GROUP LTD. is specializing in export textiles & garments made in China. The main products are polyester & blended fabrics. Such as 100% polyester, polyester/viscose, polyester/viscose/spandex, polyester/nylon, etc., and garments made up by these fabrics.

With many years of hard work, we now are mainly exporting to European, U.S.A, South American market. The company has set up a long-term cooperation relationships with many domestic textiles and chemical fiber factories in middle and large scale. And we also owned 4 fabrics factories and 2 garments factories.
